SHIPPING POLICY
Cleared payment
A payment is considered 'cleared' after your payment has been deposited into our account. If you pay using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal, the payment may clear immediately. However, if you pay by money order, your payment may take several days to clear.

Dispatch time
After payment is cleared, orders are prepared for dispatch in a maximum of 24 h. Cut off time of dispatch is 10 AM. The dispatch time doesn't include Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays.

Delivery time
The delivery time chosen by the customer gives an indication of how long it will take to receive the item which is based on working days. The estimated delivery is given in carrier working days. Transit times don't include major holidays and Sundays, but may include Saturdays. For example, transit times for Royal Mail services include Monday to Saturday (exception: Royal Mail Special Delivery services include Monday to Friday with an additional charge for Saturday delivery).

Delivery service
All delivery services are provided by Royal Mail, However, in some cases, we might use a different carrier. If so, it won't interrupt the delivery time.
Other factors
We also consider additional criteria such as the distance between your delivery address. Delivery times may vary, especially during seasonal peaks.
Return Policy
Damaged or defected
Customers have 14 days after the purchase date to request a return.
If your item is defected or damaged in delivery you can return it by sending a request through e-mail. When your return request is accepted, you’ll receive a return shipping label. After we receive the item, we send the replacement or send a refund depending on the customer's choice.

Changed mind?
If you changed your mind or ordered by mistake you can return the item at your own cost. You will be refunded for the cost of the item. The cost of postage will be not refunded.
